COVERAGE AND FURTHER INFORMATION

This warranty will apply to all products purchased under BRIX Performance brand.

WARRANTY

1. We warrant to the original purchaser that purchased our products for under 12 months or 12.000kms from the date of purchase whichever occurs earlier that our goods will be free from manufacturing defects.

2. For any goods that doesn’t meet the requirements of clause 2.1, we will at our discretion replace goods where:

1. Customer Provides proof of original purchase
2. BRIX Performance acknowledges that the goods are defective
3. Freight Charges both ways are paid by the customer, and no liability will be imposed at BRIX Performance during the shipping.

3. Replacement or Warranty of goods during the covered period mentioned in clause 2.1, will not renew or extend the warranty period.

4. Despite the preceding clauses, Our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee, condition, warranty, or other obligation made under this Warranty is limited to:

1. in the case of goods We supply;
1. The replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods.
2. The repair of the goods.
2. in the case of services We provide;
1. The supply of equivalent services.
2. The cost of having the services supplied.

5. To make a claim to this Warranty You must, before the end of the Warranty Period, contact the reseller, distributor or workshop from where You purchased the product and follow their warranty claim instructions.

6. In the event that the reseller or repairer is no longer trading, please email us at brixperformance@gmail.com.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

1. This warranty will not cover in any relation of:

- Any defects or damage caused by the use of non specific or non standard tools.
- Any defects or damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, chemical corrosion, or impact.
- Any repairs performed by unauthorized mechanics or brake experts.
- Any claims of comfort, noise, vibration, or harsh riding characteristics.
- Any modification or alteration of the goods.
- Usage with any components that are not within recommended specifications.
- Any usage or condition beyond the scope of which it was intended, such as any form of motorsport, usage in a model for which it was not designed, or in unlawful use.

2. Motorsport Usage Warranty

- BRIX Performance warranty will not apply in relation to the use of the product for any kind of motorsport, which includes track days, drag racing, speed trials, autocross, and slalom courses.
- Although BRIX Performance promotes some of its products for motorsport applications, BRIX Performance will not cover the product when it is used in any kind of motorsport.
- Vehicle modifications in motorsport are not within our control and may affect the braking performance of the vehicle. The responsibility of the owner is to ensure the safety of the vehicle and driver in motorsport applications.
- By not covering our warranty for any kind of motorsport, this does not imply that the quality of our products is inadequate. It only means that if the product is used in motorsport, BRIX Performance cannot guarantee the usage or the modifications applied to the platform used.
